The upside of all of this rain
It is still snowing up in Tahoe! I was up there last weekend skiing and it was great. And it looks like there will be more snow throughout the week. So make the best of all of this precipitation, get out of the city, and go skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, or dog sledding!

I went up to Reno for Diggnation a few weeks ago and it was a nice drive but my friend got stuck in the snow for 10 hours. Ick.
I took a day off of work a few weeks ago to ski for a day, and my chains broke. I only got two hours of skiing in when it was all said and done. So this last weekend I learned my lesson and rented an SUV!
