		<description>Point of clarification -- The Caltrain Twitter accounts were created by me as a grassroots movement to provide alerts, advisories and updates.  While there are, at times, updates by transit provider representatives the majority of them are by riders.  I prefix updates with &#039;O:&#039; to designate an official update vs. one by the community.</description>
