Finally, on 5/6/07 at Fisherman’s Wharf, Officers Randy Soohoo and Paul Yep
sorted out a territory dispute between a “Bushman”, a “Clownman” and a
“Fisherman”. The officers witnessed a verbal argument between the three
‘performers’on the 300 block of Jefferson Street and settled what they said
had been a physical assault. All three were advised to stay away from the
others.
