I have stayed at the Argent, Parc 55, Hilton, and the Stanford Court- and all of them offered to store my bike in the luggage check room. Sometimes I accepted, but I usually just kept it in my room. They were all friendly, asking me about the bike cuz it is a fixed-gear. If you stay at the W, wheel the pony in there, take it up to your room, and tell them to take a hike with their turned up noses!! The W is fucked. Be careful in soma, lots of bike thieves are prowling the streets. get a u-lock and a cable if you are going to leave it for a while un attended.
