San Francisco International Film Festival

The San Francisco International Film Festival begins later this month, running from April 26th to May 10th.

The festival will open with Golden Door, a film about a Sicilian family’s emigration to the United States in the early 20th century.

Your humble correspondent will be covering a few films. I’m particularly looking forward to seeing acclaimed anime director Satoshi Kon‘s newest film, Paprika, a film is based on the Japanese Sci-Fi novel of the same name. More to come about this film from me very soon!

The films and schedule for SFIFF have been announced and are available on the festival website. Buy your tickets now to assure that you see your preferred films!
