    frank was a svelt, well dressed, young crazy man when i first met him many years ago. he was a man with a message. his deterioration has been sad. now he’s just fodder for the people who come and go in this city. however, thats a pretty interesting presentation of frank in action.

    Saw him today in front of the St. Francis. In fact, I see him just about everytime I am downtown. Coincidence? Let the transfibulators of the eleventh galaxy decide.
