85 Taquerias in 10 weeks?
Talk about taking your job seriously. Bill Addison, six weeks into his residency in the Bay Area and his job as food critic for the San Francisco Chronicle, received an assignment to “explore the Bay Area’s taqueria scene.” And explore he did. “I made it to 85 in 10 weeks,” he writes. Think about this for a second… there are only 70 days in 10 weeks. That is an average of 1.21 taquerias a day. That is disturbing.
