Details of the sale were to be announced this morning by owner Andy Ross.

Cody’s has two stores — one on Berkeley’s upscale 4th St. and one on Stockton St. in downtown San Francisco across from the Apple Store.

Yohan already owns Albany’s Stone Bridge Press, publisher of “quality books and software about Japan.”

Thanks to Galleycat, an excellent blog about books, writers and publishing, for the tip.
