We Care for San Francisco?

At first impression, the Green Patrol looks to be a nice service, cleaning up the streets, etc. I watched as they removed the several posted papers from the poles on Columbus Avenue. They then placed each piece of paper in a cardboard box. Once all of the paper was collected, one of the men placed the unclosed box on the sidewalk at the corner of Columbus and Stockton. They then both got in their green truck and moved on down the street. I’m still trying to figure out the logic behind this “caring” system, as the papers were sure to fly out of the box due to the 20mph winds that were in motion that day…

Good point, Observant Nicolas! As a poster of Very Important Information concerning Pants for the People, I am concerned about these weasels tearing down my info, only to let it fly about the town willy-nilly. Community service? Or community Dis-Service? Thanks, Nick, for staying on the beat ;-). – JBug
