		<description>As a BVHP resident, I look forward to the light rail opening.  As part of the project, palm trees were planted, new streetlights were installed, and 3rd St. was repaved.  While the light rail alone is not expected or meant to bring a revitalization, it is part of a process that makes the area more attractive to investment.  By the way, your friends in Potrero Hill can already be reached via the 15-Third, the 22-Fillmore or the 19-Polk, depending where they live.
