Hey Colin. That's really cool. Thanks for including us. And even more thanks for letting us know. This is doubly nice for me, since I went to high school in Cambridge. [nostalgic flashback time]

And, yes, it's always heartening to see further evidence of just how much Guinness makes everything better. The Bow & Arrow Pub is long gone, but at least Grendel's has survived in Harvard Square. I'm sure Joyce would approve of a pint there as well. Thanks again.

Hello Sean,
My name is Colin. I work for Open Source, a public radio program based in Cambridge MA. We do our best to bring together the ideas of the blogosphere and the world into an ongoing, streaming conversation, which you can find on our website and on the radio. Last Thursday we celebrated Bloomsday with two actors, who read blog posts from around the nation and the world all written on June 6th. It was a fun show... a kind of portrait of the blogworld. Friday, on Joyce's actual holiday, I wrote up a short internet 'feature' article in honor of Bloomsday, for which I pulled together a few of Friday's blogs. I included your lovely blog post, and it was at the top of our website for most of this weekend. Here is the link: www.radioopensource.org/joyce-time

So thank you for your writing, and I invite you to listen to the show, check out the site, and participate (if you so desire) in the many conversation threads we're developing.

Thanks so much!
Colin
Assistant Producer, Radio Open Source
