What a character. A coworker and I were utterly fascinated by his housing 'plan'. In fact, I'm looking at his flyer from "11/5/2" on my cube wall right now featuring the line (his was all in caps. I'll spare you.): "Imagine a 288 foot tetrahedron. Elevated 36 feet above your block. 576 units/576 sq. ft. 288 a month for 12 years. And it's yours." I'm still in awe...
