It's basically several lines of: C D E H F G D G A C D A ...so on. It doesn't make sense (at least to me) and both the lines and the letters are hand drawn (shakily). In fact, it appears that the letters are about an inch or so high. Who knows how it sounds to him? I’ve seen the sheet music. It’s basically several lines of:
