There is if you are in San Jose on Wednesday April 19th. Fifty downtown restaurants will be at the new City Hall Plaza and the glass-enclosed Rotunda, from 11am-1:30pm, to make sure a free lunch is available. If that’s not enough to make you happy, some lucky people could win a prize.

If quizzed, I could not name fifty downtown San Jose restaurants so it will be a free lunch and an education.
