On the subject of Latin art,

I ran across a cool little Gallery the other afternoon called MACLA (Movimiento de Arte y Cultura Latino Americana) Now through April 29, 2006 they are featuring the work of local artist Consuelo Jiménez Underwood. Her striking, larger than life, pieces are bold and beautiful.
Checking out their website, I found a wide array of activities.
