Oh Dear, Find Jerry!

I was forwarded this from a concerned friend who knows Jerry and I would like to help by getting the word out.

A local man has been missing since Tuesday. His name is Jerry Tang. He was last seen in a blue jacket, with blue jeans and brown shoes. He may be carrying a light blue umbrella. Jerry lives in the Haight-Ashbury (Frederick and Ashbury), is Asian American, 6’1″ tall with short black hair, brown eyes, weighs about 160 lbs. He is prone to seizures and does not have his medicine with him. Local authorities and organizations have been mobilized to help find Jerry, and a grassroots group of his friends and family are also working to find him. Any sightings should be immediately reported to the SFPD at 415-553-1071.

I sent info about this to Christiana (just picked a regular poster) two nights ago but it didn’t get posted. :(

Anyway, here’s a blog that is being updated (and has a better picture than the SFPD missing persons page):

Jerry used to work at my company and my coworkers dearly love him. Please help out if you can.

Hi – Just a quick note on response time here at Metroblogging SF –

I did, in fact, receive the email on the morning of Dec. 1 (it was mailed after 11pm the night before), and I attempted to contact the person listed within the message to obtain a copy of the flier to link (and to confirm the veracity of the email – we’ve gotten some random stuff before, and it’s an editorial safeguard for the site). I never heard anything back and when I checked again, Robin had posted this.

    Don’t think us unresponsive.

    Thanks for reading.
