How much do you spend on your cell phone plan each month? Roll-over minutes, data, ring-tones, games, etc. They’re all part of today’s plans, and boy, are we paying for it. For instance, when I signed my new plan last March, I signed up for 1000 minutes, unlimited text and multimedia messaging, and 3mb data transfer - the most allotted in a single plan. What? Only 3mb. Yes, and after downloading a couple of ringtones and a game, I had already gone over the 3mb and was being charged 10
