BART will indeed strike
Just a quick entry: I just got out of the BART station, and union workers were handing out leaflets informing commuters of the impending strike. So, yes, the strike WILL happen. At 12:01 a.m. sharp Wednesday morning.

Just out of curiousity, what did the leaflets say? Is it about the station managers struggling on $350k a year, or the yard foreman who makes do with half of that? Fuck the free market. How do I get a ride on the gravy train?
