Street Fair to stop the Muni Fare

Hi Folks!

I’ve been threatened if I didn’t write something by today I would be forever banned from SFMetro and well I couldn’t have that happen now could I? :-)

I have actually been working on a series I want to start on here but in the course of writing and waiting to get pictures transfered from one electronic to another something just came across my email that pushes all other ideas, posts and pictures aside for the moment.

Please join us this Saturday for a comMUNIty mutiny –a street party and masquerade ball. Experience the power of community, delight in the thrill of an impromptu street party, revel in creative performances, art, dancing, and music, all while taking a stand against the increasing commodification of public space and public transportation, specifically the proposed muni fare hike in San Francisco!

Reclaim the Streets (RTS-SF) invites you to step off of that sidewalk…
